Showed up and the salon was closed, shutters down. Waited for 20 minutes, called the salon. Nothing. Huge waste of time

The Hollywood wax was good. No complaints there and the lady was lovely, however, I was waiting for my booking for over half an hour which I don’t think is acceptable.

Dee was very friendly but more importantly she did an amazing job threading my eyebrows! I didn’t do them in a while but I feel like the shaping she gave me was better than I ever had and now I don’t want to go anywhere else. 10/10 !
