In this initial consultation I had a patch test, which was explained clearly and undertaken swiftly. Even with refurbishment work going on, there was a relaxed but professional and friendly atmosphere. I look forward to my next visit!

The therapist was very nice but electrolysis didn't seem to be her strong point. She spent most of the 15 minutes faffing about or tweezing so not really sure what I was paying for. Wouldn't go back.

One of the best hollywood wax treatments I've had in a very long time. The place was going through refurbishments so there were no treatment rooms as such but there were curtained rooms. This didn't make any difference because Dee was completely professional and an amazing therapist. Her treatment was as pain-free as a hollywood wax can get and she made sure you were comfortable ever step of the way. She is thorough and precise and quick and makes you laugh through the whole treatment. Might cost a bit more than other places but completely worth it as there were no strays or pain, spots, redness or discomfort afterwords.
Booked my appointment for next month immediately after I finished.
