I made the appointment months in advance... I recieved a text reminder on the day as well as an option to arrange for the appointment to be earlier should I prefer it, as I had originally noted that I had prefered an earlier appointment time.
I arrived and was greeted by a friendly and warm individual. Dee introduced herself and explained how she normally does the waxing treatment. She made me feel very at ease and welcome.
She proceeded with the treatment, taking into consideration my low pain threshold! She was absolutely wonderful. Unlike many other beauticians, she uses proper Lycon hot wax (the one that dries on your skin and you pull off without needed a strip). This makes the process cleaner, faster, and a LOT less painful.
She was thorough, went over the wax with tweasers where needed, and made sure that I was absolutely happy with the wax before she left me to get changed.
I look forward to visiting her again - it was a very pleasant experiance, and I look forward to trying one of her facials in the new year... we all deserve a treat right?!

I bought a KGB voucher, and thought it was great value for the deal.
Booking via email was simple and saved the trouble of trying to phone the salon during the day (usually a problem with KGB salons).
Dee was punctual, much appreciated! Also she was really lovely, helpful and warm, which is great after a long day!
Treatment was great and even the normal price list is more than reasonable given the location in the heart of the City. I'll definitely book again!
I bought a voucher from KGB deal and had my appointment for a facial, head, back, neck and shoulder massage last week. It was really amazing. As I had a very bad neck, Dee really provided an excellent massage on my neck and shoulder.

I attended my appointment for a facial, head, back, neck and shoulder massage yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. Usually I buy vouchers for various things but thought to spread the word on this one. Treatment's 1 hour in total (30 minutes for the facial & head massage; 30 minutes for the back, neck & shoulder massage) and it's perhaps 3 minutes walk from Aldgate station.
The ambience is only rated 3 stars as it's location is within LA Fitness, so the waiting area is next to the noisy gym. However, once in the treatment room, it is clean and quiet.
