No receptionist on duty in shared building so had to wait outside for office worker to let me in. Eyebrows uneven and over plucked. Not very good value for money
Eyebrow Threading
The worst manicure experience. Dee didn’t know what I was booked-in for and didn’t ask. I told her my nails were weak and I brought my strengthener. Despite this she proceeded to over buff, I now have raw pink nails which hurts to the touch. She nearly cut me twice during cuticle work. She also lied about the top coat brand they use - completely unnecessary as the brand they use is perfectly fine also. Salon is in the basement of an office block. I won’t be going back.
