Despite not being active on my holiday, 3 nails came straight off only 2 days after getting my nails done here. And under a week, a further 4 have come off. I have had artificial nails done many times before at other salons and this one has been the worst quality and value for money. When I contacted the salon about this, I experienced very poor customer service and despite asking for some sort of compensation or refund, they immediately refused. I also paid upfront for nail art and was persuaded not to have it by the beautician. I will not be returning to this salon and would not recommend this treatment to anyone.
