Tricky to find but once found the staff make you feel very welcome. Mostly pain free experience but I did notice a few patches that had been missed (resistant?) when I returned home.

Twinkle had great attention to detail and really considered what eyebrow shape would work best for me. We had a nice chat and I felt comfortable to ask for a couple more hairs out here and there. My very sensitive skin didn't breakout like it has elsewhere. Will definitely be going back!
