It was so lovely to meet Romi today and my first time visiting your beauty palace. I was so pampered and my nails are the best. I will be back and thank you for a wonderful afternoon x
Appointment at 10.15 did not get seem until 10.30 when she had to stop doing another customers hair. Asked me one question and then nothing. Rushed doing my legs and arms, took her 13 minutes to complete when appointment was for 45 minutes. Only apologised when I was leaving. Not impressed at all, will not use again.
I am very happy with the eyebrow treatment I received as it was quick and efficient. However, I felt extremely rushed during my haircut as staff had multiple clients waiting. My haircut was also VERY uneven and minimal styling effort was made.
