My beauty therapist was lovely however I was kept waiting 40 minutes for my nail appointment and when it was then time for my brows, was told to just wait whilst she treated her next client. When I said I was short on time she did treat me first but I wasn't happy about it. My shellac manicure isn't the best unfortunately.
The toilet door was broken so was a real struggle to go and ensure I would be in private.

Good selection of nail colours & apologetic for appointment delay as short staffed
The salon was very busy, but the staff welcomed me and provided a hor drink. Although I had a little wait they were professional and kept me informed about how longI would be waiting. The person who did my treatment was not Ava as I have been before
