While Rosana was perfectly pleasant and friendly, the Shellac manicure I recieved did not last. One nail had already peeled off by the 3rd day - 2nd nail by the 4th day. At this point, most were lifting too.
I had them done so I would have nice nails for holiday. I ended up having them soaked off 2 days in to my holiday.
I've never had this with other salons and gel manicures.
Waste of money.

Awful experience. One of the rudest people I've ever met and I ended up leaving without having any treatment because I didn't feel like staying at being treated badly.
I booked an appt to have my nails removed. The lady arrived late and was rude right from the outset, without even looking at my hands. She said I had booked the wrong kind of removal and needed to pay more. I have no problem with that, as I understand if the removal will take longer and I work nearby I'm flexible on the time. But she didn't offer a reschedule and when she refused to do the work I asked for a refund and she refused to give me my money back. Be wary of booking with these people. I genuinely wonder if this is a racial issue based on my own experience and another woman of colour who posted below.
