This was easily the most relaxing and least painful wax I've had. The room is small but very cosy. We had an unavoidable interruption but Rosana was very professional about it. The therapist was very friendly, knowledgeable and blunt especially when giving advice. This was perfect me as someone who's pain tolerance is unbelievablely low and will avoid waxing at all costs. I will definitely be going back!

Rosana was very attentive, and clearly took pride in looking after my feet and felt relaxed and reinjuvinated after the treatment. I didn't need to have booked the medical pedicure, as this is aimed at deeply cracked feet, so I'd recommend going for the normal pedi if your feet just need some TLC.

Definitely didn't feel like a VIP and did not feel welcome at all. Nails did not last and the overall the ambience, environment just made me want to leave asap.

Treatment was effective, however I was kept waiting. Also once they'd wrapped my nails I had to move to sit in the receptions whilst they carried out waxing in the treatment room. I was sternly warned beforehand that if my varnish didn't come off within 15 mins they wouldn't do it.
