I visited this salon a few weeks ago so that I could get a shellac pedicure before my holiday. I am really pleased with the pedicure. My toenails look beautiful, they are still perfect 3 weeks on. I also loved that I had the horrible hard skin removed from my feet. It was a very relaxing treatment. The lady who did my treatment was called Rosanna and she was very welcoming, friendly and she made me feel very relaxed. I would definitely go back and I plan to once my toenails need redoing.

I was kept waiting for 15 minutes whilst staff chatted with no explanation of delay. Wax was fine but another lady was emptying bins etc whilst the other beautician did the wax which was a bit odd. Shellac pedi was fine but chipped the same evening I had it done, the whole point was for a two weeks pedi done well not to chip the colour so was disappointed .

Had a really great experience getting a Hollywood wax. Staff was very friendly and nice. Was best wax I've had in London!
