I have to be honest, the whole experience was a bit weird. I arrived at the venue and the doors were locked and the whole place was dark. When I called, Rosanna answered and said they would be ready at 5pm. As I was early and it was too cold to stand in the street, I walked around the shops for a bit. She then called me back and asked where I was! When I went in, she told me that they were just doing the Christmas decorations, she had forgotten to close the calendar and was feeling unwell, so another therapist would do my treatment. The salon is pleasant and clean... but I found it unusual and awkward the therapist did not leave the room when I removed my clothes, even when I asked her to do so! I then laid on the bed which had an odd water filled pad on it which was cold and felt wobbly. The therapist did then remove it, but it was another standing around undressed moment that was uncomfortable. The massage itself was pleasant, but had no structure to it and felt a bit random. It was good in general and quite relaxing. However, once again at the end, the therapist stood there while I dressed. Overall it was a good treatment, but I found it very odd!

The facial was amazing, it was personalised facial which catered for my skin. She also talked through the facial as she went along and how it will benefit my skin and what I can do to improve it. She was really friendly and kind!
