I enjoyed all the little touch with no hesitation, lovely service, lovely feet massage, my manicure last for more than 2 weeks and my pedicure still on. I have learnt a lot about my feet, very constructive visit.
all other services including the wonderful facial ! my skin is lovely!
I would defo return!
by the way, the the place was easy to find as long you understand about London post codes and funny numbers, on the second time took me 2 minutes from Victoria station,
It feels like home!

My overall experience was quite pleasant, the staff was efficient but just need more communication although the owner was making sure nothing goes wrong. The place was petite but clean, it was good value too.perfect for if you seeking quiet and privacy atmosphere. The only down side for me was finding the place. I already thinking to book my next microdermabrasion session again...

I had a lovely experience at Victoria Secret Nails - tucked away on the 2nd story, a retreat that made me feel just like I was at home! Rosana and the girls took wonderful care of me! I had the full pedicure and received a foot/leg and head/neck massage that was to die for and they did an excellent job on the polish. I can't wait to come back and try a different treatment next time. I will be recommending to all my friends. You won't be disappointed!

The ladies are lovely & go the extra mile. Very personable and friendly service with high attention to detail. Will definitely recommend and go again. Do not judge from the outside; the doorway / entrance looks a bit uninviting but they've made a cute space upstairs inside the salon.

The service is 5 star and customer service skills are one the best.
Very good value for money.
I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
My therapist I had was kind, friendly and thoughtful. But most importantly she had very caring nature and put me at ease. Keep up the good work Rosana. Finally after the treatment i felt like a new person. I cant wait top come again.
