I am really happy about all the services I have been having with that hidden place. It is about the place, the people, the time they spend when I book myself in. There is not showing off, it is just about being in a place that you feel relaxed, walk bare feet on the wooden floor, nobody will be looking at you as there is no reception, no walking ins, no waiting to be seen. If you care about services and procedures on how things are done, PLEASE go there, BUT if you wish to treated as a number, and you do not have any idea what things are done that is not the right place. I do have a clear idea how things are done when I have my treatment done. I am back soon, thanks to all the lovely people from VSB I have my own nails back to normal. Mary

Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home! The location is very convenient, as it's 2 minutes from Victoria Station. The actual salon is clean and welcoming. Regarding the treatments, I highly recommend the Manicure & Pedicure. I went for gel nails - they last around 3 weeks and are the best I've had. My pedicure lasted around 4 to 5 weeks - again the results were excellent! From a very happy customer :-)

Nice staff. Nice service. Very attentive to the customer. They go the extra mile and do more than you've asked for to make the experience as professional and special as possible.

Staff were friendly and professional but the salon was very cramped (it was only one room) and not at all private.

I had a shellac pedicure here. The venue was very small, just one room for all treatments so not very relaxing. At previous salons (for the same price) I have sat in a big comfortable chair and it the treatment was very relaxing but at this salon I was sat in a desk chair with my feet up on the beauticians knee which wasn't great. There was a large dejection of colours to choose from and the pedicure was very good though.
