Absolutely devastated . For someone who already has relatively thin patchy eyebrows this is a big deal for me . I commented when the first brow was done highlighting the importance of not making them too thin . When I saw the second brow I mentioned that they were thin and the beautician replied that she has just ‘tidied ‘ them and not taken a lot off . I was so embarrassed and upset I didn’t say anymore and actually cried after leaving . I’ve never had a beautician ‘butcher’ my brows like this and have always left with a nice shape . I now look like a teenager who has over plucked their brows . Months of trying to grow them back pending .

What a fantastic facial, I tend to have a very oily t-zone and in the last few years I've started to get spots again but now I feel super fresh, not oily at all, and Shilpa also gave me follow up tips for helping my skin. Also I felt very looked after in the sense of I have quite a few allergies and she still managed to do exactly what I wanted with a more limited variety of products that they could use!
Lovely people and amazing facial, I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend!
