I went in and everyone was chatting amongst themselves. They were silent through the haircut and carried on having a conversation with friends. She missed bits off my haircut - really botched job. I went back and another lady fixed my hair but no apology at all for me having to walk around for a few days with different lengths of my hair. The lady seemed really nice and I enjoyed some parts of the experience. The salon is beautiful and clean but please sort out your costumer service thank you.

I had to re-book my makeup since the one I had booked got cancelled the last minute. I managed to find one with vacancy and super affordable! Ana made sure I was happy at each step before moving onto the next and made me feel reassured. Not only did my makeup turned out fabulous (had fake lashes done without extra charge), my partner was blown away how I looked! Thank you so much :)
