I was here for a Hollywood wax, it is not a salon but in someones house, not very welcoming and not a relaxed atmosphere. The treatment was VERY painful, I have waxed before and you have to take smaller areas at a time, to avoid bruising. But the lady did a huge space at the same time so there was not enough skin to stretch (the pain was almost unbearable). When I went home I noticed I was bruised, had cuts and the area was all red, which lasted for 4 days...It was painful to walk as it was so swollen down there. I paid extra to get the upper legs waxed but she did not wax the back of my upper legs, which I had to shave when I got home. Also, I noticed many long hairs which weren't waxed!
I bought a Groupon voucher to try out this salon. VERY disappointed. This is not a salon it is based in a room in the owners house. I organised the appointment and mad a mistake with the day. I arrived a day early by mistake and the owner was not willing to reschedule so I simply lost the voucher. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
