Staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that some hairs were left and I don't think the place was very clean.
Anyways the staff attitude compensated for the rest.
I don't usually leave negative feedback but this was not a great experience at all and feel the salon really needs to consider a few things:
1. The price for a Brazilian is £15 on treatwell but £10 on the door, sun-thur so I immediately felt ripped off.
2. Do the therapists know the difference between a Brazilian and a bikini line wax?
3. Are the staff properly trained? Anyone can rip a wax strip off some skin but a good therapist knows where to tighten the skin/where to ask the customer to hold.
4. If a therapist has never waxed a pregnant lady before, they should be trained as pressing hard down on my stomach and then saying, 'oops, sorry I forgot' is not really good enough.
The wax was done in 7 minutes, it was messy, careless and painful. not a good experience at all.
Enjoyed my mani & pedicure :). Nice place, very friendly staff, and owner, who made me feel very welcomed, offered teas and coffees.
Although one of the shellac nails has been damaged the very next day, they agreed straight away to solve the issue and booked me in - and voila problem solved. Recommend!
My therapist was brilliant - so chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about what she was doing. I felt very at ease throughout. Unfortunately, after less than 24 hours my nails have chipped and now, 2 days post-manicure, I'm missing entire nails of paint :( I'm not sure my nails were 100% dry, but would still return, as the service and value were great.
