I done a wax, also a shellac for my hands and feet. It was my first time visiting Beauty Place. And I have nothing but good things to say about the place.
The staff are lovely there and the salon looks great. The beautician serving me was brilliant. The wax was done great with minimal pain, shellac was also excellent. The beautician helped me pick out the perfect colour. You can tell they take a lot of pride with their work. I noticed everything was cleaned before and after use, which was very comforting to know.
I will definitely be back!

The people in the salon were friendly, but I did find the quality of manicure very poor. I had nailpolish all over my fingers, the line along the cuticle was not even and multiple nails had bubbles in the nail polish.
I was concerned that the clippers used for cutting the cuticles came out of the drawer and were put back in there after completing. This did not assure me about them being desinfected after each client.
I paid extra to go for a proper manicure not only the shellac nail polish, but it was not very good quality either and the lady did not know I had paid more for it (they charge 15 for shellac, I paid 24).
They also do not have a particulary wide variety of colours available. You will struggle if you wish to move away from the classic red colours (those they have many).
Like I said, people there were lovely so I enjoyed the experience but the manicure itself was disappointing.
