Uzma was great, talked me through the steps, but the place was not as clean as I would have wanted, it would have been nice if she also provided a towel or cover of some sort, because as soon as you remove your undies, you're just there bare naked, also, as soon as you open the door, people can clearly see the inside (there's couch right outside), more privacy would have been nice.
