Shilan was lovely, very professional and the wax was great. Only problem was that I asked for a Brazilian wax and she gave me a Hollywood! I didn't say anything at the time as to be honest I was post night shift and didn't notice until I had a look when I got home. But aside from that I would definitely go back as she did a very good job.
