The lady was really nice and made me feel very comfortable - it was over very quickly - the best wax I've had.
Satisfied with wax itself which was v quick and efficient, so will return for that reason. But couple of things could have been better - I booked for 12 and my appointment was automatically changed to a later time which was not ideal for me, and I booked hot wax but strip wax was used. Strip wax was absolutely fine but I had to bring up at counter to be charged less for it.
