Very professional beauty therapist and salon. I was put at ease for the wax, and it was done very quickly and tidily. The facial was really lovely - time was taken over it, lovely products used, and I was talked through the steam part which I'd not had done before. Good scalp massage and hand massage while the mask was doing its work. I left the salon feeling a little bit lighter and so relaxed. I'll be going back again - would really recommend.
