Really quick and great value for money.

Overall it was good. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the process was quick. However, the end result wasn't great. Plenty of stubble left! As someone fairly new to waxing I would have also liked some aftercare advice.

The salon is very busy, which is usually a good sign. However reception was talking to clients from her desk in the hallway, while clients were seated in a different room. The massage was painful (half expected), but the room was right at the entrance and you could hear everything happening at reception. After the massage, I was told in front of a full salon, that the massage hurt because I have bad posture. I'm open to critique, but I couldn't help but feel that some things are privy to you and your therapist. Anyway, won't be going back.
