Overall good treatment, she took her time although there were still a few (small) hair left. However, it was my first visit and as all lights in the salon were off, reception was unmanned and the floor completely empty, and I didn't know the therapist operated in the inside basement (not visible from outside), I was waiting outside and she then seemed very surprised I didn't try to open the door anyway after seeing the salon shut (I also tried calling her several times in the meantime). I personally believe I was not at fault for not trying forcing the door open, even though I still apologised several times. Additionally, salon opening times on the door are different from the app (8am versus 10am and my appointment was in that window).
