Great facial! The therapist is really lovely, warm and friendly. She provides great recommendations but is not pushy or trying to oversell products. She gives a very relaxing face massage, and shows great attention to detail with extractions. There were some long gaps with eg a mask on, during these it could be nice to have a shoulder massage or something to help fill the time - but I know she is busy preparing for the next part of the treatment! Sometimes people in the corridor are a bit noisy
