I've been going to Beauty Rehab for seven years and the service is now abysmal. My prebooked appointment was missed & I was told that they rang and left a voicemail which categorically did not happen. I was told to come back the following morning at 9 but I was outside waiting for 25 mins. I was given a half arsed apology. They are closing down too (but no one seems to know the exact date). If you have anything booked from June onwards, I recommend cancelling & getting your deposit back.

Had to wait 10mins for appointment and a few of the colours I wanted weren’t available- the shellac has also chipped a few days after

Poor. Previously Beauty Rehab has been good, but this time was disappointing as the wax failed. Apparently 2 different brands had been mixed together which meant it didn't set, took 30 minutes to pick off. Thanks for money back but don't cut corners!
