The wax was excellent - quick and not that painful, totally clean wax. However I booked a 33 pound warm wax through treatwell and then was charged 40 and not given a receipt...I didn't want to be 'that person' so I thought of it as a tip. Still, it seemed unprofessional. The appointment also started late as all the girls were running about eating MacDonalds and chatting.
