Lip wax missed large areas. Poor lighting in the room so I couldn’t tell they’d missed the corners of my mouth/one side above the corner. Had to sort this myself when I got home.

Had to wait for half an hour which was a bit annoying as I originally booked the appointment for 6pm but then it was changed to half 5 without checking with me first...so I had to really rush to get there. But the quality of the waxing was really good, quick and less painful than usual.
