The gel peeled off half of my nails within 4 days. I went back for a replacement 5 days ago and two have already chipped... admittedly no where near as bad as the first set.
I was also greeted rather rudely the second time I went. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist asked if I had an appointment, to which I replied yes, then she insisted she had tried to call me to reschedule. She eventually realised she was referring to another client, but she didn’t take the time to even ask my name or greet me properly to confirm.
I was then asked to sit down and wait. I was not offered a drink (which is generally fine), but the receptionist didn’t say another word and continued gossiping loudly with someone else. The treatment was almost 15 minutes late to start and no apology was offered.
It’s such a shame because I’ve heard they do brilliant lashes which I would have loved to have tried, however I will not be returning.

I had a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage from Tara and she was lovely, as always. They no longer do lava shell massages but the classic massage is just as good. Always a pleasure!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The salon has been redecorated and looks incredible. My beautian was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and be coming back!
