They forgot about my booking- looks like Treatwell clients are not treated the same way as regulars - this is not the first time that this happened. I am very disappointed, I will not go there anymore. The staff didn’t even apologise in a proper way, I have only been suggested not book via Treatwell anymore but call directly the venue.
