I have been to this salon before and I was very pleased both with the service and their treatments. The reason why I am not pleased this time is that my booking got messed up; it seems that the Treatwell bookings were not synced with the bookings of the salon, which means I was not expected there for my appoinment. I did not get any treatment and had to go elsewhere for a lesser treatment. Had I known this beforehand I would have researched to find a place just as good as this one, instead of ending up having my skin destroyed by a different waxing place last minute. I am not at all satisfied with this experience.
