Unable to give correct ratings as the appointment never happened.
The salon told me they had no record of my booking as their diary and the Treatwell diary did not sync together. Due to staff shortages they were unable to fulfill the appointment so my time was wasted.

The girl that coloured my hair was very friendly, I booked a rough dry which was absolutely fine, I was expecting to leave looking completely frizzy as my hair is not brilliant and it cost me £45 with a £5 voucher from Treatwell so a bargain!
