All was fine and the shellac nails are nice and very natural looking. Not thick! However (and this is maybe more of a Treatwell issue) I booked "Shellac on Hands" and paid in advance online. When the treatment was finished I went to leave and the beautician told me I still owed them more money as she had done me a basic manicure too! I showed her my booking email which confirmed I had ordered and paid for the Shellac on Hands treatment but she said it hadn't come through like that on her system as that and I owed them an extra £12. Embarrassed, I paid this extra money and left quickly.
