Booked a bikini wax with hot wax as I have really sensitive skin. When I arrived, I was told to go into a room and the waxer came in and started doing a strip wax without consulting me. I told her immediately that I booked a hot wax, she said she wasn't able to do it and I'd have to wait until Friday. For convenience, and because she had already started, I let her finish and to her credit she was good and efficient. I asked for a discount on the service as it wasn't what I asked for, but wasn't given one. I have since reacted badly to the wax used there,despite assurances that I would be fine with my sensitive skin.
