Nice venue and ambiance. Turned up at my slot to be told I was was due in an hour later and to come back because the masseuse was on lunch. This was fine as I had a free afternoon, but I received no apology for their mistake in taking the wrong booking time. The massage itself was very painful at times! I would expect some slight discomfort, but what I received was something more akin to a sports or deep tissue massage. Terribly disappointing considering the excellent reviews on here - maybe I just had an unlucky day.
