I chose to do Shellac Pedicure at Beauty Rehab as it's close to my home. I bought the voucher and booked in quite quickly. When I arrived they started the treatment with soaking my feet and doing a quick pedicure before applying Shellac. I was not too bothered with the quality of the pedicure as I knew that the full treatment is not included in the voucher and I had done it at home to prepare for the Shellac. The atmosphere was not great as the therapist was busy finishing another customer'a nails while doing mine + doing receptionist'a job at the meantime and it was dirty around me- they didn't bother to collect rubbish after sweeping the floor- dust, used cotton pads.. Then the therapist asked me to move to a chair in the waiting area to do my Shellac as the machine that's necessary for drying the nails didn't reach the pedicure area. So she did it sitting on the floor in the waiting area. When it was done I was asked to pay extra £19 as they have done the full treatment - pedicure + shellac and my voucher covered only the shellac part. I tried to argue, but I ended up paying so much for the treatment in total which doesn't match with the quality and service I received I decided not to return to this place. It's a shame as it's the closest to my home.

Really nice salon and lovely women who did the eyebrows, and though they looked good they were an absolute nightmare to get off and left my eyelashes in a state, won't be having this treatment again. Though would defining back to the salon.

I arrived early and the salon was very professional with a very calm ambience. I checked in with the lady at the desk and she immediately took me through and started my treatment despite me being ten minutes early! She was very friendly and very professional. The waxing itself was perfect too.
