The massage was lovely and the lady who did it was friendly but the atmosphere wasn't great. There was relaxing music on in the room for about a minute but then the stereo broke and kept crackling so she had to turn it off, so then during the massage you could hear people outside in the salon chatting. Not her fault but it was crackling before hand so it probably wasn't the first time.
The massage itself was good and she asked what pressure I would like before hand which was appreciated, the massage oil has been warmed which was nice too.

Really please with the treatment she did a great job, found it weird tho though that the disposable paper roll that covers the bed wasn't changed before or after I lay on it to have my brows done. Maybe salons don't change it if you just go in for something like this, but I was a bit worried as I had came after work and didn't want to get my clothes dirty by lying on who knows what.. Apart from that the salon was clean. There was very little ambience, no background music and very quiet. When I first came in I was told I was just told I was early, without the most pleasant greeting, then left alone. Overall will definitely go back as treatment was great, just worried about lying on that paper!

I had a pedicure and was very satisfied with the service. It has been two weeks now and even if the nail varnish was not Shellac it's still going strong!

Overall experience was very good. I enjoyed the facial. However I feel there could have been a consulation form, no questions were asked about my medical concerns, to determine any contra-indications (I had recently had laser treatment, dermal fillers and botox, and was unsure if this was an issue or not). Tea was given post my facial which is a nice touch but it was sweetened with sugar and I have a blood sugar problem so am not supposed to have sugar (again this was not asked - whether I was diabetic etc, or 'how would I like my tea' etc). A few little details like this would have made the experience better, otherwise it was nice

I was very satisfied with my visit to Beauty rehab. Manicurist was very polite and chatty. Only nag was that my appointment was changed but this wasn't a problem for me.
