This is place to go if you're not particularly concerned about receiving good customer service. My appointment was at the end of the day and the staff were clearly tired and just wanted to go home - very little effort to make conversation, sweeping up under my feet, a fairly sloppy job on my nails (that I had to ask her twice to fix), and a weak cup of instant coffee. Essentially the whole thing felt very rushed and I basically felt that my being there was an inconvenience. I won't be going back.

Great experience overall. I had a dermalogica facial and the therapist was very good at what she did! My face already looks more relaxed. I'd go back.

I was 5 mins late due to transport issues, this was absolutely no problem to the girls and I got my full luxury pedicure with no fuss made about my bad timing, even though it was a Saturday and a busy day (obviously I rang ahead and also apologised profusely!). Loved the salon, and the ladies working were all so friendly and chatty. Got a wonderful pampering, really nice and thorough job and the other clients seemed very much at ease and enjoying their experience. I'd definitely revisit for more treatments, and I'd urge everyone else to do the same. I've gone into central London for similar treatments before and won't be bothering again now I've found this gem so close to home. Thanks guys!
