I came for my pedicure appointment as booked via Treatwell. Beauty rehab had lost my booking, and suggested I came back later. This was not possible as I was travelling, so I requested a refund, for which they said I should contact Treatwell. Treatwell require their authorisation to process the refund, and since then both treatwell and I have followed up several times with them; they haven’t replied to messages or authorised the refund (though they claim on the phone to me that they have).
The technician I had was lovely and super friendly but I had to ask her to put her mask on when she first looked at my eyebrows, although she did for the rest of the treatment. The door to the room was open so people were walking past all the time. At the end, another staff member came in and started chatting with the woman doing my brows, she wasn’t wearing a mask and took up the mirror so I couldn’t look when I was done. It was a small room and I didn’t feel comfortable with her being in there without a mask and it just seemed rude to take up space and gossip in front of me. My eyebrow tint went beyond my natural brow line on one eye so I had to scrub it when I went home but the shaping was perfect.
