Elena was absolutely fantastic, she really listened to all of my skin concerns in order to deliver a truly personalised service and treatment. We went a bespoke facial with multiple extraction sessions to really clear my breakouts. I've been really impressed with her level of care even after my treatments as she has checked back in to make sure that my skin is improving and the products and routine that she has recommended is working.
