I had the Naked manicure, which was listed as an hour treatment and I thought would be somewhat luxurious, given that it cost £30. It only lasted 35 minutes and it really butchered my fingers. There was no soaking to soften the skin, and a motorized cuticle remover was used, which made my cuticles bleed at the time. Three of my fingers ended up being infected from where they were cut. Really disappointed. Most places that charge this much offer a premium treatment.
