Often times it can feel like a bit of a conveyor belt getting nails done you're in & out the chair as quick as they can do it but this experience was a breath of fresh air! The attention to detail she paid was exceptional! She was thorough, took her time & took the upmost pride in her work, leaving me with an incomparable finish! The compliments I've had have been endless, truly makes such a difference when you use someone who takes this level of care with their work, won't go anywhere else now!

Amazing! Dorata is wonderful - both as a person and a beautician. Did a fantastic job (much better than I've had in a while) and was just lovely to talk to. Will be back when I'm in London.
