First time for at this salon as my regular salon was constantly letting me down at the last minute.I found this salon to be very clean and very friendly without the silly prices!! I had a Brazilian wax so very intimate as a first customer but felt very at ease.Have already booked my next wax and threading there. Not many staff so I think days and opening times are a bit all over the place at the moment,but I have already been contacted in good time about changes to future appointments.I recommend everyone to give it a go!

I have been going here since it has opened and couldnt be happier with the service. The brazillian waxing is always on point and i am always asked to check the area to make sure i am happy with the waxing. I also regularly go for facials and massages.

I acknowledge that I had been away and needed to shave between waxes. It was my first time here, and I normally have Lycon wax or Perron Rigot wax because I find this quality the best in terms of both having less pain and good results. I've been a few different places for waxes, and there tends to be different methods, and I didn't really like the positioning and ways I was meant to place my hands here. I've had similarly painful waxes, and I didn't realise it was all strip-wax - it's much better when the hot wax dries and then is taken off without the strips. I ended up having bits of hair still there (other polaces usually get tweezers out on stubborn hairs), but it was so painful that I didn't want to bother saying anything. Everything else about the salon was good, and I would go there for any other treatment, but not intimate waxes! If you have a high pain threshold and don't have sensitive skin (my skin was so sore and red for a couple of days afterwards) then this will do fine, and the price is ok, but if not, I'd go elsewhere.
