Attends appointment for make up….no appointment for me….couldn’t accommodate me….made excuses that they hadn’t checked the booking…..took money and then issued a refund in £1 coins. Drove all the way there, got my children cared for and was prepared for a night out ruined by this salon. Avoid at all costs
