The whole experience in the spa was fantastic. We felt really pampered and the treatments were of a high standard. The only downside was they'd not received paperwork from treatwell so had to email all my confirmation to them so they could see what our package was. A minor point but was a bit of a hassle in starting our treatments and getting lunch sorted.

I received this spa experience has a birthday gift from my partner, having never been on such an experience I was unsure of what to expect. But from beginning to end I totalling enjoyed every minute. The staff were all lovely, I was provided with slippers & robe & had full use of the sauna/ pool for has long as i wanted, I came out so relaxed. Lunch was provided by the hotel which was out of this world, I could choose from the light bite menu or any of the sandwiches, I had a club sandwich which was delicious. Totally enjoyed my day and will definitely be returning and recommend to friends

Came with my friend for the day which I can honestly say wasn't a day more 2 hours and that was including the pool and facilities our 30 minutes treatments were only 20 minutes and weren't all that we did plan to have lunch at the hotel afterward but decided against it. We would not pay this hotel spa a second visit disappointed
