What n absolute gem of a 2 nights , food amazing, treatments excellent , staff polite helpful and homely . Felt very chilled after my 3 days exceptional value for money will go back again .
Spa was fantastic, fab staff. Imperial is one of the nicer places to stay in Blackpool, but don't rely on call back service - they don't call back! Food was great, not rushed & good value.
the massage is fantastic brilliant. the service is ok. the room is good but no hair-dryer. the dinner is ok.
Really enjoyed it, but sadly they had to change my time the night before which was very last minute and a shame as I couldn't change my plans at such short notice and couldn't go in the pool and spa before my treatment. I did enjoy the body wrap and would book again.

Never been before. The staff at the hotel reception and the male receptionist downstairs at the gym were very helpful and friendly. My therapist was lovely, very friendly, efficient and loved my treatment. Would certainly recommend to others and would go again. Very happy, lovely experience.
