Bernadette was just wonderful. I had never had a Brazilian before and I was terrified of the pain. It was extraordinary. And Bernadette is so good at putting you at ease and chatting you just don’t notice a thing. She also pays loads of attention to detail. I travelled an hour to reach here today and I will do the same again.
