The staff are nice and accommodating but the service was disappointing if I am honest. Booked a gel manicure and the manicure aspect (cleaning my nails) was missed.
I was cut quite deep on one of my fingers and I appreciate accidents like this do happen and I did appreciate the empathy and care displayed but because the the painting technique was really messy a lot of the gel paint has bleed and is stuck to the sides of my nail beds and has also dried into the cut I experienced.
