Another great appointment - thank you! Braved an underarm wax too this time as well as brows and legs and it was all spot on with minimal pain. Bernadeta is a pro! She has the right technique to lessen pain, will ensure the finish is perfect and is efficient yet super friendly. I honestly don’t want to go to anyone else again! Love that the hotel has car parking so it’s super easy, and that they have late night appointments. I also like that’s it’s private and 1:1 rather than a busy salon where you feel like cattle (haha). You really can’t go wrong!

Really enjoyed this treatment. Bernadette is a wonderful therapist, very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the CACI treatments to a novice. The massage was great as well, she has good hands and technique and I will definitely be booking further sessions. Super comfortable with heated treatment table and wrapped up in warm soft covers, this was a pampering facial that I loved. Thank you very much and I will be back soon!

Happy customer, I liked everything, the place , staff, atmosphere, and the best thing that after treatment I Don.t have to walk through high street hiding or putting make up on as after face cleansing my face was red as I have very sensitive skin . My skin feels clean and fresh .Wax was very good as well , therapist used tweezers after some stubborn hair was left, which made me happy that she wanted every hair gone.Recommended
